1. Lead Training and Transaction QA team to support customer service delivery in customer care/technical support account
2. Lead and Manage COPC deployment and maintenance in Quality and Training line
3. Work with client and delivery closely on improving CSAT, Quality and other metrics.
4. Provide high quality analysis to support customer service delivery by using Six Sigma and Quality statistics
5. Mentor and Coach Six Sigma projects
6. Driving Best Practice Sharing
7. Lead/Support other Training and Quality initiatives
1. At least 3 years operation or quality management experience, Bachelor's degree need.
2. Knowledge of ISO 9000/COPC deployment and operationalization, ISO lead auditor certification or COPC coordinator certification is a plus
3. Demonstrated ISO/COPC experience.
4. Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a plus
5. Good functional knowledge of MS office tools.
6. Good communication skills - Fluent spoken and written English
