职位描述：

The OSC Business Analyst will work closely with Solution Architect, Application Architect, Infrastructure team, Business teams, Development or 3rd party vendors to enable the delivery of process, data and technology solutions.

The OSC BA is responsible for deploying Plant Operations and Supply Chain applications. He/she is required to understand business processes and assist the Application architect to deploy the required functionalities. This person will be involved with low to medium rigor projects/work streams within the projects and requires detailed plant and supply chain processes and broad application knowledge.

The OSC BA is also responsible to provide support to current running Plant Operations and Supply Chain applications. He/She may be requiring knowledge in setting up equipments for the applications and also to understand the integration touch points between systems to troubleshoot issues and provide resolutions.

技能要求：

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Management Information Systems; OR equivalent hands-on experience.

At least 3 years working in a manufacturing environment, implementing/supporting manufacturing and/or supply chain applications.

Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), able to define functional specifications and deliver/deploy solutions.

Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies

Familiarity with Business Analyst Body of Knowledge (BABOK)

Knowledge of and experience with Change Management

Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate technical and business information effectively to both technical and non-technical people.

Strong planning and organizational skills required to support solution deployment.

Ability to travel up to 20 to 30%.

Business fluency in English and Chinese.
