职位描述：

The Finance Senior Business Analyst will work closely with business partners and internal teams by providing functional expertise and insight to implement and execute complex process, data, and technology solutions for the Finance solution.  Candidates for this position are expected to be professionals with substantial knowledge in the implementation space and have experience on low, medium and high rigor IT projects This job requires an experienced analyst who can partner effectively with all levels of the organization, lead others, drive results, and make challenging decisions across extremely complex, varied tasks where problems are vaguely defined and strategic in nature.

技能要求：

9 years’experience in deployment of SAP solutions related to FI/CO/TRM modules & sub-modules

Significant experience in business/industry as a Finance professional working across multiple operational domains

Implementation experience in Treasury (e.g. SAP TRM) and bank interfaces is advantageous

Implementation experience in interfacing SAP with 3rd party HR and expense solution

Work experience in major SAP delivery consultancies, delivering projects across multiple clients

Experience collaborating with regional and/or global project teams to define business requirements and deliver solutions.

Strong interpersonal skills including listening, empathy, encouragement, facilitation, and negotiation

Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requiremets

Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate technical and business information effectively to both technical and non-technical people

Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies

Ability to travel up to 30%

Business fluency in English and Chinese
