工作职责:
Purpose of role provide technical support to frontline support cross CDK APAC Liaise with the support analyst and customers first level support to provide resolution on reported issues.Provide live application monitoring and system maintaining and trouble shooting Work closely with other teams locally and in other countries to escalate technical issues and devise solution
任职要求:
1 Working with customers/Help Desk to identify root cause and solution for the logged cases according to SLA agreed with customers/associate
2 Patching/Deploying fixes delivered by R&D to customers test and live systems to solve issues reported by customers/associates
3 May involve attending at client sites for problem investigation
4 Working with clients IT, other suppliers and system/hardware vendors during problem investigation
5 Working hours08: 00-17:00. 09: 00-18: 00 or 10: 00-19: 00 including 1 hour lunch time 5-day work every week. occasionally paid weekends and national holidays standby Skills/Knowledge Experience
1.Total working experiences at least 4-5 years in technical support or software development
2. At least Years experience with at least one Oo programming sch as Java .Net etc
3. Experienced with deployment and debugging of middleware, oth as tomcat, jetty, apache jboss, weblogic, experience with open SSL web sockets will be super plus.
4.Familiarty with computer operation systems such as LINUX/UNIX, MS Windows with hands on experience running or developing application on LINUX/UNIX will have an advantage
5 Knowledge in database design will be an added advantage
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in both Chinese and English(need to
discuss technical issues/tasks with other countries
